The importance of the Salamtek Compass Program stems from the growing challenges patients face—particularly cancer patients and individuals living with chronic diseases—in accessing healthcare and treatment services in a regular, safe, and timely manner. Many patients encounter multiple barriers, including transportation difficulties, complex referral and medical transfer procedures, and limited access to health information and specialized services, which can result in delayed or interrupted treatment.
